Then the output needs to be written to a file [login to view URL] with proteinid from f2 and squence from f1, using a condition.\r\nNext we use files f3 and f5. -- Read the sequence from f5 three characters at a time and replace with one matching character from f3, using a condition. The ouput is written to file [login to view URL]\r\nNext we use files f4 and f6 -- Read each character in the sequence in f6 and find its index value in f4. Find the gravy value for each sequence = Sum all the character values divided by the length of the sequence. Finally this gets written to a final score file [login to view URL] for each sequence in f6.\r\nThe final gravy score file [login to view URL] will have three columns seqid, length and gravy score. \r\nI will provide all the files and the details about the project, when the programmer starts with it.
