Python Flask based Dashboard customization and building new features

We have an IoT application where we would like to have a Web Dashboard solution based on Python Flask. You may come up with your suggestion, but we are planning to use this work that is based on Python Flask [login to view URL] You can see the demo and see the source code of the similar work (free version) on [login to view URL] We are looking for a developer who is experienced in Python Flask and can do the customization on that project for us. We can have an online meeting to discuss the work, timeline, budget further, but some of the works are: remove the unnecessary features on the dashboard in the existing project add a google map based interface where we can see our devices, and build some simple interfaces to group the nodes and send some basic information to our server visualize some basic graphs (data would be fed from our server), such as energy consumption information etc. In addition to that, we would need documentation on your side for the project implementation and may some extra help on the cloud deployment.
