*** DISCLAIMER *** I am a businessman who wants help designing, coding, and developing an IoT product. I am neither a high school nor a college student looking for someone to help me to cheat on my homework. *** OVERVIEW *** Using text chat (*not* video chat, but simply text chat) you will work with me one hour each night (Sunday-Thursday) to design, code, and develop an IoT product using MicroPython running on an ESP32 microcontroller. *** RATE *** I will pay you ten US dollars per hour via Freelancer.com. However, because Freelancer.com normally collects a 10% fee, you will probably only receive US nine dollars per hour. *** LOCATION *** You must live in Eastern Europe, the Western Balkans, or the Russian Federation. *** NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY *** I want to work with a man who is very intelligent but not necessarily an experienced engineer. In other words, for this project I value intelligence over experience. Because I am not concerned with your experience, you do *not* need experience with ESP32 nor microcontrollers nor electronics nor electrical engineering nor mechatronics nor Arduino nor PCB nor circuit design. *** DAYS AND HOURS *** You must work with me (using text chat) for *one hour* between 6pm to 10pm (GMT+2) on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. That is a total of five hours per week but the five hours must not be performed on one day. Instead, you must work with me one hour on each of the days listed above. Of course I presume occasionally you will need a day off or even a week off. *** SPECIFIC PROJECT DETAILS AND TEST *** Please read the ODT, RTF, TXT, or PDF version of the attachment to this advertisement called, "Freelancer.com unpaid test questions for ESP32/MicroPython project." The oversimplification I see on your proposed solution is using 2 similar and identical circuits. Since they are similar and identical whatever happens to the first circuit will most likely happen to the second. The solution I can think of is to develop our own circuit which is similar with the HAC Frontside/Backside. Since what we need to overcome here is the reliability we add into our modified a simple microcontroller to obtain certain parameters from the circuit to determine whether or not the circuit is about to fail. Rather than applying redundancy we apply preventive maintenance. Rather than waiting for it to breakdown and stop working we used the microcontroller to determine when a stoppage of work would occur and act upon it.

Hi Ken, I thought you to be intelligent but after going through your attachment, I had to change my mind as you seem to solve a problem which is not at all there in the first place, redundancy to achieve reliability is not at all required in product like sonoff as they can simply replace it with another piece of fail, as far as you are not creating sonoff for Mars rovers, also your writeup just mentions two ESP32, what about the powersupply, small resistance, transistors or condensers which tend to blow off easily, all in the end you will have to provide two set of identical parts in one circut along with extra master to switch on another if one fails, this is highly overkill, think again about your product, don't try to solve problems which are not there at the first place. Yes, I am no one to advice you, but as you well wished me for my future projects, I feel I should also well wish for you. Wish you best for your future - thanks
