Help needed with Ipworks bluetooth Le

I have a python script that turns on an LED on/off a bluetooth. I need someone to help translate it to send bytes using ip works ble client. I have discovered services and characteristics in a project. I want someone to conform the bytes sent in python and help me write them. The bluetooth lib from manufacturer is available for linux and android.
