My problem with NLTK Trainer is explained in this stackoverflow post: [login to view URL] You will need to: (1) Copy my code and see what happens (2) Install the same versions of Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-Learn... as I did and try to replicate the problem that I had. (3) Find a solution. I am VERY likely to want to work with a programmer who can find a solution on a longer term basis. I recognise how difficult it is to find people who use NLTK and NLTK-Trainer specifically. The budget would reflect that scarcity.

Hello, I'll gladly help you with this project. I haven't used NLTK trainer specifically, but have experience with NLTK in one of my past projects. The job was to recognize Russian contact names and postal addresses from people's resumes. Postal addresses can be written in enormous count of variations, so that job required some machine learning approach. Your SO thread describes the issue in great detail.
