Flutter project using location needs location data cleanup and routes mapped

We are looking to better our current location tracking app. The app was developed in Flutter. The tracking module implemented is flutter_background_location by [login to view URL] We have two requirements at present when bidding please mention you are bidding on 1, 2 or both please: 1) Python Data Cleaning Script: We get very specific data but from the current data we receive some that is not reliable to build routes from as it may indicate one is cycling when one is driving and some outliers in rural areas which should not be used. At present we use all the data disregarding the accuracy and the activity probability which we believe if cleaned or filtered correctly will display correct routes. This cleaned data should be written from one mysql table to another reduced cleansed table, from here it will be called from a webservice to do the display. We would prefer this cleaning to take place as close as possible to realtime and preferably not have to alter only add to the new table. We would like this to be done in python. The mysql table structure will be provided too. 2) Flutter Page: From the cleaned data in the mysql table one will then have two web service calls one to get the current users geo locations they set up e.g. home, work, gym etc as points with a radius and secondly the list of locations with the activity that took place at the time and to draw history showing geo locations if set e.g. drove 30km in 18 mins from home to work and latest 2 hours 14 min at work for example. The routes will be drawn on a google map using polylines and coloured by route also selectable from the list of routes which will only show that route on the map. What we need here is only the route screen to work we will give you either access to different data sets or to access the ws calls to retrieve sets of data.
