I will write a complete new software for your security cameras. That part will be easy. The machine learning to recognize faces will take a bit longer. I will probably use different languages for different parts of program. I know python, JavaScript, html, css, c#. It will take awhile. I have no team and I have other clients that need software too. So we are looking at few months at least. I answer phones anytime. I check emails 10 times a day and will communicate with you about progress as much as you'd like. I don't need any money until I'm ready to hand the code over and it's complete. But years of studying and solving problems and development makes my price a bit high.
