Email verification with Python

I need a working and accurate system for validating email addresses. The system should ping the mail servers and determine whether the email address is real. Half real and half fake. The system should be able to determine whether they are real or not with a reasonably high level of accuracy. I need a system that can tell me whether or not the email address is valid and connected to a real person.
