I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help develop a python script. The script will have an educational purpose and must meet my expectations in regards to quality and delivery time. I expect the freelancer to use their expertise to come up with something reliable and suitable for my requirements. Communication and feedback will be essential throughout the project, and prompt delivery will be highly appreciated. I've joined a file with an exemple of input data in csv format. And an exemple of the expecting result. The CSV file contains : -City names -Geographical coordinates (X – Y) -Area For each City (each line) the script will calculate the shortest distance with all other cities. Distance formula is Squareroot ((X2-X1)² + (Y2-Y1)²) Each city belongs to an area The number of areas could change any time I launch the script. The final result expected is: For each city, the shortest distance with each area. To calculate within an area the shortest distance, the script will take the shortest distance of all the cities which belong to this specific area. Remember: the list of area is not definitive. It will change. So the script has to analyse the list of Area in the input file in order to have the right number of columns in the output file

Hello I will develop a python script to ask the user about the input file then, the script will read the data and find the shortest distance in each area. finaly: produce the reqiured ouput as CSV file. Procedure: 1. Find all areas. 2. Read the city data 3. for each area find the shortest distnace according to the equation Squareroot ((X2-X1)² + (Y2-Y1)²) 4. repeat steps for the other cities
