Job Description WeissBeerger Project Manager (PM) is expected to support the company's growing installation base in Dublin and later on across key cities in Ireland. PM should be a technical oriented person, who loves bars and drinking beer. This person should also enjoy managing customers (bar owners) and working with technology and data. The job is also suitable for students, preferably perusing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. Growth prospects within the company are available depending on performance. This role reports directly to a Global Project Manager who reports to the COO of the Company. The PM will have the following responsibilities: 1. Responsible for ensuring WeissBeergers' local technical partner is installing the Beverage Analytics System successfully in Bars. The PM will be accountable for signing off each installation. 2. Responsible for training all Bar Managers and their staff on how to download and utilize each of the screens of the Beverage Analytics Bar App. 3. Be the primary point of contact for the Bar Managers should they have any issues with the hardware installed in their bars or any software issues and liaise with the appropriate technical partner to course correct. 4. Assist in the implementation of Dynamic Pricing and Dynamic Promotions across Bars. 5. Assist WeissBeerger Analytics team based in Israel in the development of Weekly and Monthly Customer Reports. 6. Provide ongoing feedback to the Global Project Manager on all aspects of the implementation and after sales support. WeissBeerger's PM should work closely with operations teams to ensure that customers get high quality installation and system performance rate during all stages of a project. PM is also expected to build strong relationships with supporting IT companies and integrators. Weissbeerger's PM is expected to support the following activities: • New installations • Existing Installations • Report technical issues Key Performance Metrics 1. Implementation of hardware system without technical and data issues and on schedule. 2. Ensuring 100% Training of the App with Key Constituents in each Bar. 3. When required training Brewery Sales Teams on the Brewery Dashboard. 4. Ensure multiple usage per week of the Application by Bar Staff/Owners. 5. Bar Managers satisfaction with the System. 6. Successful implementation in the bar of each prescribed promotion. 7. Quality delivery of weekly and monthly reports. Monthly reports, summarizes and classifies all installations and trainings. Signed docs for each client, document in a designated folder. Supervision on ATP/ATR and SAT. Configuring all the necessary data regarding each client including: keg size, serving size, prices, specs, temps sensors. Periodic inventory reports.
