Job location: Remote, no location restrictions Job duration: Long-term, open-ended Contract type: Freelance contractor Daily hours: 1-3 hours per day, as the project demands Daily working schedule requirement: Flex-time, no set schedule Working days: Mon-Fri routine task availability. Saturday availability for urgent projects, only as necessary Start date: Must be available to start soon Communication requirements: Must stay logged in to company's online collaboration tools while working Position name: Project Management & Workflow Expert Job Description: • Go through and analyze our rough workflow • Map out solid and easy to follow workflow • Evaluate PM tools from our list, find those which best fit our workflow, business model, and org structure • Evaluate integrable time tracking and reporting modules as per our specifications • Make recommendations and cost estimates • Write up workflow and related instructions for Team members, assist with implementation and onboarding Required Training, Skills & Experience: • Strong skills in designing and mapping workflows • 1+ year of Project Management working experience in company or as freelancer • Extensive self-training or course training on various PM methodologies - especially Kanban • Analytical thinker - can visualize systems and workflows Extra points for candidates who: • Have extensive experience in Kanban methodology • Have experience working with a distributed Team • Have strong skills in writing instructions for Team members Tools required: • Stable, high-speed internet connection. You will need to be able to make/receive VOIP calls for meetings or discussion. • Reliable Laptop, PC or Mac. It's a plus if you have a capable smartphone to keep in contact during times when not at your desk • Reliable & sharp brain Requirements for all Team members: 1. Language Skills: Basic skills in written and spoken English 2. Attitude: A positive, can-do, "how can I help" professional outlook 3. Planning: Comfortable with deadlines for task completion; plans workload to avoid last-minute rushing to meet deadlines 4. Quality: Take pride in delivering top quality, not average 5. Hi, I was sure I had already bid on this project, but I don't see it in my list. If this is, in fact, a double-up - I apologise.
