We are a Wordpress development company based in California. We are seeking a highly experienced digital project manager to assist with managing our web development projects. You will need to have experience with managing web development projects with several phases involved. Our projects go through planning, sitemap, wireframe, design, development, QA and then launch. Our projects are not highly complicated, they have a timeline of 3-12 weeks generally. We have some processes already setup, but we would also like to accept your guidance on how to better setup things. Our projects run through ASANA currently. You will report to the company owner, there will not be any direct client contact at this stage. Some main things you would help with: - Tracking projects overall, creating a summary each day for the status of projects to the owner - Setting up projects once they kickoff, with the initial timelines laid out - Overall projects workload / chart management (Ghantt) - Managing resources and helping to manage the bandwidth of our developers - Following up on tasks with the team and updating timelines / due dates - Monitoring projects to ensure they are staying on time You should have had experience with a similar role within a web development / software company.
