Clearly indicate constraints, optimality, and non-negativity" You have to also share the previous problem as mentioned above

Which previous problem it is talking about? Pls provide the same. And do you need all the steps in between for the assignment problem in doc. I m IT+MBA. Just trying to revise in this way.
