Arduino NeoPixel Lighting Programming

Hi there, I am looking for an arduino developer to help with a NeoPixel LED Lighting project. The skills required are coding with the Arduino IDE and experience with the Adafruit_NeoPixel library driving about 120 pc. of WS2812 NeoPixel rgb chip and Arduino Ethernet for backlighting in a bargraph application (2 times 60px, mirrored). The hardware setup will be done at our place, only coding needs to be done. Local Git repository available for collaboration. 1. The excact functionality, color and fading animations need to be developed and are part of this project. Estimated developing time 40hrs 2. programming of a smooth fading bargraph over 60px with choosable (config-file) background and foreground color. Read bargraph value from ip-package. Estimated developing time 40hrs 3. wave-like animation function to modulate the above mentioned bargraph, with configurable fadetime and direction (fw/bwd) with one modulation color. Estimated developing time 40hrs I am happy to get fixed price bids for the above mentioned project. We need to bid for this project too, so we need the bid for budgeting.
