I am in need of a skilled developer to create a desktop application for my video editing needs. The software should have a VERY user-friendly interface design, as it is very important for my workflow. Requirements: - The software should be a desktop application, specifically designed for video editing. - The primary function of the software will be to manage and edit video files. - The software will allow me to make an anime-type avatar based on my image to interact in my videos that can change its appearance/accessories to suit the subject matter of the videos which have a diverse range of topics. The introduction and ending will be a standard one you will help create. - It is crucial that the user interface design is visually appealing and intuitive, as it is a key aspect of the project. - I want to create videos using an avatar to narrate or interact in my videos and improve my video quality. - I need to be able to use stock audio, video, and images and to also upload my own. Current editing programs are either too expensive or too complicated for me to use therefore I'm asking to make my own. For example: #1- My children's book videos would resemble an actual book with the pages turning as read with perhaps my avatar as a fairy resembling or wearing accessories of the main character which reads the book to a child using a Child's voice AI perhaps. #2- For my educational/information videos, maybe my avatar wears sexy teacher/professor clothing and simply narrates the video. #3- In my cooking video, each video thumbnail has a before image/video that with the touch of its magic wand while wearing a chef's hat and apron, my avatar turns the raw ingredients into the finished cooked dish.
