We have designs for 8 or so pieces which makes up a complete product in both Autocad, Acad-lt format, and Solid works (prt, drw, asm, and step) formats: 1. Need: fixes for 4 pieces. Some of the fixes are very small, others are medium size. 2. We changed designs on 2 specific pieces and need these 2 pieces redesigned. All work need to be delivered in solidworks format (prt, drw, asm, and step). Final pieces need to be rendered in natural colors mostly rubber, satin 304SS, and chrome. Please keep in mind that the items are currently dimensioned and designed to fit together properly, but we might discover that some additional rework of the design is necessary. Please keep that in mind as you provide your quote. Attached you'll find the most complex of the 8 pieces. Some pieces require machining, others stamping, yet some plastic molding, and others rubber molding. Knowledge in designing items for these types of processes is necessary. Candidate must have top English communication skills, be skilled in mechanical engineering and product design engineering (artistic design skills) and have access to the latest solidworks software with superior rendering plugins. Work to start first week or second week on November and be delivered in no more than 2 weeks. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with extensive design experience. I have 9 international publications and 5 patents to my name. In past I have designed variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few. I also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers. I also have vacuum casting facility both for a range of polymers and aluminum. CNC milling and turning is also available apart from several other facilities like chrome plating, etc Kindly note that I work in Autodesk Inventor and not Solidworks however can export the file in Solidworks format for you to open in Solidworks. Check it overall it looks like it is missing drafts which are must of the plastic molding. So that needs to be fixed too. Please confirm. - What kind of fitments are involved into the components?
