Electronic Circuit for AVR system with Zigbee radio

Looking for a skillful electronics engineer, who is able to create a system both software and electronic board design (EAGLE). Preferably Arduino as platform with stripped down components to reduce manufacturing cost as much as possible. System will have a base station with some sensors attached to it via Zigbee radio, they need to have some automatic pairing mode (e.g. by holding down buttons on the sensor and base station). The base station also needs to be connected to LAN (wired, no-wifi). Looking for engineer who already has good expertise in this field, and who is able to build a circuit both schemantic as board design (in order to output correct GERBER files). Also the engineer should have a sense of thinking (reducing) cost for manufacturing in order to keep the end price of the product down as much as possible. If you think you'r the right person for the job, please let me know your experience with above mentioned technologies and also give some ideas of how you would set out the project (in abstract way). Will fill in "ongoing" project, since I have a lot of ideas to build in the near future. So looking for longtime business relationship.
