I am looking for a freelancer to create workout programs for my functional training classes. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing programs for intermediate fitness levels and be able to create programs that last for 1 hour. The programs will be used 1 time a week. Skills and experience needed: - Knowledge of functional training principles and exercises( Knowledge On F45 Training, Sweat440 or Body Fit Training Franchises) - Experience in designing workout programs for intermediate fitness levels - Ability to create programs that last for 1 hour - Understanding of the importance of variety and progression in workout programs - Be In the fitness industry.
