Specifically I have... - implemented all the workflows for a partner company of mine - synchronized the contact and case details with ticketing system - integrated the case status and contact with salesforce - integrated the contact information with a custom ERP Proposal: Hi, would love to do this for you. For the last 4 years I have helped numerous customers optimize their process and integrated many of their systems - ZenDesk being just one of them, see above. My speciality is no software development, but MAKING THINGS WORK ! Whilst I have not used ecomdash myself, the API looks fairly straight forward and I do have experts I can draw in if I get stuck (at no cost to you, of course).
