Write some Software

I Need: 1: Get the contents of a predetermined URL (a classified website) 2: The contents contains about a dozen links to listings; I only want the first link until the next refresh. 3): Go to the first link in that URL and depending on predetermined criteria, decide if I want to call the person who made the ad. Example: If ad contains keywords a, b or c continue (ie: extract phone number).. OR if ad does not contain z, y or z forget it. I have written a script that does step 1 and 2 myself; it is very easy. I am having trouble with step 3. All this can be done with a dozen lines of PHP. This is an hour or so job for someone who knows PHP properly. I'm not very good with PHP, but I am learning. I can do 90% of this script myself, but I am not quite good enough to accomplish it. It's giving ma a headache, I'd rather pay someone. I will be working on this script myself, so as soon as I have what I want done, I will want toe expand it and improve it, so I will pay you again for further help, I really need someone who is very good at PHP; like advanced, not intermediate or beginner.
