I want a computer program, that's acts as a second line mobile credit provider. Buys credit from a first line mobile provider, and when costumers are out of credit, they can txt a number enabling them to get a top up of 3$. And on their next recharge, 3$ and 10 cents get deducted. The system must be able to be linked to first line provider. Examples of similar programs, vadaphone Iou, Optus Iou. But this are run my the primary providers themselves. In detail What I am looking for is, a software program that allows me to be the link between the primary provider and the customer. Step 1, buying credit from primary mobile service provider Step 2, creating a program that allows their customers to txt a number and borrow 3$ when out of credit. Step 3, credit 3$ to the customer Step 4, recover 3$ and 10 cents on their next recharge from primary mobile service provider buy creating account links, assuming agreement with the primary provider.
