Quotes (Submenu: View all, Create new) // Status: Verified//Open ((Double optin Proposal verification via eMail)) 3. INVOICE (Submenu: View all, Create new - predefined services should be displayed as option to select and proceed sending the invoice , contact details should be selectable from current clients database // Status: Paid//Open//Return-Storno) 4. Calendar / ToDo List-notification list ((for example- call client again on monday next week)) USER ROLES AND PERMISSIONS SUPERADMIN (all permisions)-Business Owner Administrator - Business Manager of his own Call Center (permission to add/edit Sales agents and IT agents) Agent Type 1 (Sales Agent)- permission to read/write- means to send and edit quotes and invoices, to edit his contacts/leads *BUT JUST HIS OWN ENTRIES, not those of his teammates. Jetpack is made for teams so that they can work in the same contacts list. Agent Type 2 (IT agent)- permission to see the list of sent quotes/proposals off all sales agents and see the status of accepted and confirmed emails by client (optin) After the clients have confirmed the proposal (quote) sent by Sales Agent, IT Agents can start to do their work. After they finish - must have option to edit the contact and check the box "IT DONE". Agent Type 2 (IT Agents) actually need menu with just the list of sent proposals of all sales agents in his team and should be able to read the status "confirmed" accepted optin by client. Don't forget the ADVANCED FILTER OPTIONS (filter by type, status, date, etc + search field to type in) Screenshots of similar CRMs will be sent to you.
