Wanted Yii/MVC, MySQL, javascript, OSM expert ***NO TEAMS***

Seeking one, hard working, reliable, SKILLED individual to prove their worth by completing this project. Pay starts at $10/Hr to complete project as proof of skills. MUST show proof of address and ID in order to sign an NDA MUST have a current github account showing involvement in other projects MUST speak and write perfect English MUST be able to work at least a few hours in my time zone, -7 USA MST. MUST work FULL TIME and start IMMEDIATELY If you have other projects, then please do not take this one. I need someone who will concentrate on this one 100% If you do a good job, are reliable, efficient, able to get things done quickly without having to re-visit each item repeatedly, you WILL be given ongoing work and the pay will get better. The estimated time to complete this project is around 40hrs. This is your chance to show what you can do. You MUST understand how to use github. Please do NOT send me countless web sites. I am not looking for a web site, I am looking for someone who knows how to build Yii/MVC apps and who can show me projects you've completed using Yii/MVC ONLY. Telling me your previous projects were private is NOT acceptable. If you cannot show this, I cannot hire you. The application is nearing completion and the current dev had to leave suddenly. I am told the current dev did a terrible job at making this app fully Yii standard so you will need to fix this as you go. CANNOT keep making shortcuts as the previous dev did. The app needs to be completed ASAP in order to receive a new budget for the next phase. Phases mean ongoing work as every department wants custom features added. You must be highly knowledgeable in Yii, MVC, MySQL, PHP, Javascript/angular for graphs, shell scripting to build good php based cron tasks on Centos7. You must have an understanding of apache security including htaccess/htpasswd and making sure the app itself is secure. Finally, by bidding on this project, you agree that you will never share any of our code, publicly or privately and will not re-use anything which is obviously proprietary to our application and/or code without first obtaining permission from myself or another representative.
