Visitor Control Software with ID Scan

Hi, We have reviewed your requirement for building a software which should, 1. Take Photo of Visitor [from Attached Camera from system] 2. Scan ID and capture name and save it. [For this they need to put it to the scanner] Also this will require to define set of allowed IDs like driving license and any other. 3. After that system will generate badge for that visitor. 4. There may be other locations where this badge can be scanned and logged. So all these data should be stored and reporting system should be built for generating reports for most visited person, most visiting person date range etc. We would surly need to discus this in detail to define the functional requirement document and wireframes.
