Simple Time Tracking Software.

We need a simple app / web site that has the following features for tracking support agents on site. Features: Top screen Select customer from dropdown Select Agent name from dropdown Go to next screen Start / stop screen Displays current time and start / stop button Once start bottom is pressed a counter starts Pressing Stop button pops up a confirmation “Do you want to stop?” If “Yes” is clicked then timer stops an an email is sent to the agent to fill in a site report, email contains the following: 1) Customer name and contact email address 2) Start and Stop times 3) Titles; “Work Performed”, “End User Name”, “Followup” Also all start / top times are stored in a database Admin Interface; Ability to add Customers and Agents Customers and Agents have the following data: Customers: Customer Name (can be English or Japanese) Contact person (s) Email address(s) Up to 4 letter client name abbreviation Agent: Agent name Email address up to 3 letter identifier Would prefer it done in php / html with mysql database.
