I am looking for someone with Twillio experience to build a simple two way SMS communication proof of concept via twillio. 1. User A should get a text to confirm availability 2. If user A confirms availability, user B should be able to leave enter their phone number and a short message on a web form. If user A did not confirm availability, nothing happens. 3. Once User B fills out the form and leaves a message, user A will get two messages: message 1 that will be details about the user B (such as URL they are on, this will be hard coded for the proof of concept) and second message that is the actual message that the user B filled out. If a user A replies to user B, the message is passed along to user B and so on. That's it. I will give you a twillio account with an SMS enabled number.
