If you can log to your router then under Setup / Configuration choose Begin Basic Setup and on page where is your User Name and Password erase Static IP field if it is not blank.

We can use teamview to remotely access your computer and from there check the configuration of the router. Another option is for administrative access to the router's public IP address and credentials management. Check your router documentation and proceed with the need to renew IP procedure.
