set up hosting for a facebook app

i need a ssl hosting environment you will suggest three host for a facbook app hosting solution. i will choose one then you will set up in environment for testing. the site will need a pw protected page. You will document all work for future developers. Once site is up. We build out a roadmap of bugs. this would be the end of project. i will then repost project or continue working with you depending on your level of communication and speed of project. the source code of the facebook app is 95 percent done. the app include video hosting. so a large and fast host is needed.
