Safe Parel Box -- 2

The ecommerce and shipping sectors are growing at a rapid rate. With these two sectors growing so is home delivery of parcels and with parcels being left at front doors and porches unattended, theft of parcels is growing at an alarming rate. My product can eliminate theft and let consumers know exactly when the parcel has arrived. Imagine ordering a package, getting a tracking number from the carrier and inputting that unique number into an app. That app will connect via Bluetooth or Internet with hardware and software that is inserted into a lock box that is in the shape of a porch bench. Once the tracking number is uploaded into the software the parcel delivery person will scan (scanner will be attached to the bench) the bar code already on the parcel, at this point the software will make a connection between the previously uploaded tracking number and bar code being scanned. After a positive match with a tracking number in the system the bench lid will open and the parcel delivery person can place the parcel into the Parcel Safe box and close the lid. On top of your package being safely locked away until you get home, you will get an email and or an alert via the app that your package has arrived. At this point the software will delete the tracking number so a thief can’t rummage through the trash, find the old parcel box, rescan the barcode to open the bench lid and take the parcels. When the consumer gets home they can go to the Parcel Safe enter the security code and retrieve the package. I will need hardware, software, and an app developed. I am also willing to give equity in the company.
