We are using Vtiger CRM It allows us to create lead capture web forms. The problem is that the web form code that it gives us is very plain and not mobile friendly. Wee need some one to take the code and add images to it and make it professional looking. All the from Code is provided but you will have to make some changes to make it mobile friendly. We are currently using Google forms to capture job applicants but we would like to use Vtiger forms so that the leads are directly imported in to Vtiger.
