SCHOOL OF MEDICINE SYSTEM [System Requirements] The Web based Eco Management System, should automate the operations of the ECO exam management center, offering a decentralized solution to allow users sitting in various locations submit and request for exam related operations. The system should at minimum meet the below requirements. 1. Multi-Tenant System a. The system should support the multi-tenancy of institutions. 2. Exam Module. a. The system should allow the capturing of Continuous Assessment scores. b. The system should allow the capturing of Exam scores. c. The system should calculate the final score based on the exam structure. 1. (E.g. students who fail the practical exam even fail the entire course even though they scored above the pass mark from the theory exam.) 3. On-Line Courses. a. The system should support administration of on-line professional courses. b. The courses will be provided at the specific time frame and only student who have paid full participation fee will be allowed to take the exams. 4. Upload of Exams. a. The system should support uploading of exams by the exam Coordinator. b. The Coordinator should set the time the various institutions allowed 5. Printing of Certificates. a. The system should support the printing of Academic certificates for the students who meet the graduation requirements.

I work in Django / Python. We can have a database driven exam system. It can allow hosting of exam papers, users, and an administration system that allows editing of content behind the scenes. You can add / edit exams, update questions on the exams, and accept answers from candidates to exam questions. We can set limits on when users can see the exams, and also email users attached to a particular exam. I can recommend hosting solution for product that is cheap and monthly cost. I will also provide bootstrap template to begin. If you'd like to see examples, let me know, and I'll forward examples.
