I need a new website for men. I need you to design and build a website where users can submit their photos, comment on photos submitted, rate photos submitted in a form of stars. users also have their own profile page to show of their photos. each month, the winner will be featured on the mainpage as the website model and the counter will reset and the winner again will be the next month's model. there is also a contest feature where i will decide what kind of photo should be submitted, users can rate in a form of diamonds. there is a shop, where users can buy diamonds to give. each diamonds have corresponding amount in USD. top 3 will get the full amount equal amount rated diamonds to their paypal account. users can buy diamonds using paypal. domain is [login to view URL] (owned) - the price on this bid is not final.
