PHP, Zend 3.X Framework developer required for image processing module

I need a developer who can work on PHP and Zend 3.X Framework on a specific module. The exact requirement is image processing from photo image to text conversion 1. Images of multiple language and most countries passports, driving licenses, national IDs and other relevant documents which contains users personal, travel details along with photograph will be supplied 2. ID documents shall either be scanned directly by webcam of PC or laptops or mobile camera and/or browse upload option 3. In Zend 3.x framework PHP language, an image processing module needs to be developed for web, android & iOS apps so that text in the image shall be extracted by MRZ/OCR scanning and saved in DB to match details of the user Please apply for those who can exactly complete this work in short period.
