PHP SOCKS5 script connecting trough a NODE.JS server

We are looking for an experienced freelancer or company that would help us develop an SOCKS5 PROXY service using PHP and NODE.JS The basic purpose of the project is to be able to surf trough the SOCKS5 PROXY from the browser. The project it is splitted in 2 main parts : PART 1 (PHP CLIENT) [login to view URL] will be a file that have basic fsockopen() functions PART 2 (NODE JS SERVER) [login to view URL] will create a SOCKS5 connection on [login to view URL] that sends requests to [login to view URL] and get back response SCHEMA browser -> [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) -> [login to view URL] -> web_visited -> go back to the browser - must work with HTTPS - must keep cookies if there are - the [login to view URL] script must be very compatible and works without root privileges (so use fsockopen() like functions) - be fast - support multiple connections - firewall rules on the NODE JS SERVER part - must not be dependent of any library Budget : 700 USD
