PHP section addon required.

I have an existing MVC php system (mysql database) running. I need to add a new complete section on it. So you will use the existing framework and database to add the section in. Please go through the images to see my existing system (anything existing is working fine, you do not need to touch, you just use the auth part and design your part on a separate section of the menu). The new section is all displayed in the excel file i attach. Please look through the sheets i provided too. Please do not post me your portfiolo and thats all, i will NOT select you. I need you to look through and give me a summary of what to do, what problems you expect or questions. I repeat, please do not blind bid, post with a summary on what you understand and not. BLIND bids will be ignore. Full milestone payment and only fully complete will release full fund. Full source code will be provided and you shall not modify the auth/framework causing the original scripts to fail.
