PHP e-card system

I am looking for someone to create a simple e-card system that I can integrate into my website. The system should work like the website below and come with clear instructions on how to use the system and add additional pictures. [login to view URL] Page 1 (List of e-Cards) should look like this page ([login to view URL]) The topics on the left and the cards displayed in the center of the page. *There is no need to recreate the banner, menu or other buttons on this page. I just need a back and next button. Page 2 (Format e-Card) should look like this page ([login to view URL]) Page 3 (Preview e-Card) should look similar to the page that is rendered when the user clicks on "See Card" on this page [login to view URL] Page 3 (Your e-Card Has Been Sent) should look similar to the page that is rendered once the "Send Card" button is clicked on this page [login to view URL] Page 4 (Your e-Card Has Been Sent) should look similar to the page that is rendered once the "Send on Date" button is clicked on this page [login to view URL] *** I will integrate these pages into my current website and the deliverables for this project should be the 4 php pages I described above and any supporting files.
