OScommerce Expert Needed

This project mainly involves adding modules to the barebones OScommerce script. It may also involve custom creation of a few modules to achieve the functions we are looking for. I am looking for long term website consultant – and need to be able to see our project as priority with periodic changes and assistance. We are also looking for long term SEO services related to this site and advices on setting up affiliate program. That however, is not included in the scope of this project. Scope of this Project: A. Graphic Integration – We will provide Jpg files of graphics, please integrate it for us. B. Find modules which allow our website to achieve the following goal: 1. Recommend (email) a friend 2. Ask a Question about this product 3. Write a review 4. Thumbnails 5. Enlargeable images 6. Video Player 7. Recommended Product List on the right 8. Able to Enter Coupon 9/10 Able to have discount/free shipping base on purchase volume 11. Ask to refer a friend during checkout 13. Able to Print shipping labels, packing list, invoice in bulk. Label using 3rd party program Encdica 14. Able to Update tracking number quickly and efficiently. Also send out email notifications of order received, order processed, and order shipped with tracking number. 15. Able to update sales result including tax/handling/CC transactions fee to QuickBooks. 16. Customer can see status of their order when they log on. 17. Customer can change status of their order before it was updated as “processed” 18. Refer a friend email send automatically after 20 days with specific coupon. 19. Ability to generate sales report 20. Google Analytics Setup 21. Affiliate program tracking & Setup 22. Setup to ensure this site is SSL certified; assist with other authentication service such as Comodo, Scan Alert, BBB. 23. We will setup a few banners/banner locations. We need to be able to easily upload new graphics and new links for the banner at those specific locations.
