NextCloud White Labeling

Good Day, I'm looking for someone to assist me in white labeling the Nextcloud server application. I want it to go a bit beyond theming as I want to replace any reference to "nextcloud" clients might see, so the help files, about, etc. I can produce any graphics that we need for this rebranding to the selected white label. Phase 1 of the project would be the server application. Phase 2 would be branding the various clients. I'm looking to develop a good long term business relationship with the person who takes on this project and I will pay a bonus over and above the ask when I've completed my first commercial sale. As such please quote on the timeline for if we do it in phases or if we do it as a large deployment.
