I need a WordPress website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. I need to update several custom posts on my wordpress site with information taken from another external website. Not to be confused with creating new posts, rather it is updating existing posts every minute by taking data from a specific post published on an external website. We have access to the information in three different formats, so you can choose how you prefer to work with it 1-URL/HTML 2-URL/Xml 3- URL/ Rss I am open to receive different options as long as it produces the same result (keep my posts updated). each post has 12 fields to be updated with a maximum of 12 words I am sure it is a job that could be done in a maximum of two hours if the person has the appropriate knowledge to perform the task.
