Need expert to send push notification in bulk in android and ios mobile app n php

Requirement: 1) Need method to send push notification in bulk for both android and ios both. 2) Time to check for both not more than 1000 messages per second. 3) need progress bar with send messages in both ios and android 4) Need reporting for ( just delivered or not) inwith css in my admin panel . 5) message can be with image or without image , so need method for that too. Need proper method to send notifications n all. so please bid only if u have done before
