Need Boonex Dolphin modification

I need an escrow service/ donation system modification for the Dolphin Software by Boonex. You can see it here: [login to view URL] I need members to be able to donate money to each other, with the administrators of the site keeping a percentage of the proceeds, which are automatically added to the donation. For example, if the fee is 15% and a person wants to send another member $100, they have to pay $115. Members and administrators need to keep track of their donations, both sent and received, via their profile back end, as well as keep a public running tally of how much people have donated to them on their profiles. I think this could be very easily accomplished by integrating a pre-existing simple escrow script such as PHPEscrow into the Dolphin infrastructure, and then just making a few changes. It shouldn't take someone who knows what they are doing more than a few hours - I just don't know how to do it myself. I require this all be done by next Tuesday at the latest, so frequent communication is important, as is budget - this is for a non-profit organization. The project needs several other add-ons, so I'm looking for someone I can use on an extended basis.
