I am looking for a skilled Perl developer who has good experience working and developing plugins for cPanel. The plugin is entirely coded in Perl. The following is what I am looking at: 1. Completely revamp the application UI with modern HTML 5 design 2. Discuss and implement some new ideas and functionalities 3. Fixing any existing bugs and root exploits 4. Modifying the existing compile code ensure the software is compatible with latest perl versions (5.16) and Centos 7 I am looking for a reliable long term developer whom I can work with for a long term. For the right candidate you can expect an ongoing work for future version releases of the software. Note: If you do not have adequate experience developing cPanel plugins or are not very good with Perl, please do not apply. Interested applicants must provide some references pertaining to cPanel application development (preferably in perl).

My primary skill set is backend perl development. I have developed cPanel plugins using the cPanel hooks interface. I have developed hooks and custom perl modules. I have worked with cPanel for approximately 15 years. I can essentially rewrite the current plugin you have. I don't think you would need to be concerned with root exploits, but I would need to review the current plugin to determine this. I currently work as a perl developer full time.
