Magento 2 server and domain switching from 3 domains and the basic content like terms and condition Limit is 150 USD

hello, i want to change my already installed magento 2 system from my magento 1 system, footer and header should be 1 to 1, for german, spanish and english, you have nothing to translate, all texts are already there in my magento 1 system. you have also to change the domains from my magento 1 system to my magento 2 system. Magento 1 is 1.9. and magento 2 is 2.2.3, both system system are running, products should not migrate right now, that is another project later. We just talk about all already existing content of 1.) [login to view URL] (english have to switch the domain to magento 2, and also the content have to be copied too from the footer and header, like in the german picture in this project. 3.) [login to view URL] (spanish must be change with footer and header) 3 language packages must be also installed of german, english ans spanish for the website, also the blog entries must be copied too. No Categories and Products must be migrate! The pictues show the footer and header for german, but in english and spanish have you to establish the website in same design, like the magento 1 proejct.
