Magento 2.3 bug fixes

I have updated Magento from version 2.1.2 to versions 2.3.0 recently. The website is running fine but it has 2 bugs in it and needs urgent fix as it is already live. 1) the quantity is not syncing properly. When an order is processed the quantity doesn't get updated. 2) There is an end date for courses that is listed on the website but when the courses/products are shown even after this end date has passed. I will explain this in full details when we chat about it. my Fixed budget is INR1500. if I find someone capable of doing this, there will be long term projects coming soon. PS> I am looking for Magento2 backend experienced developer, please don't bid if you are not M2 backend dev. Also don't bid if you don't agree on the budget of INR 1500. Thanks.
