This should be quick and easy as I have worked on dozens of freelance web design projects on other freelancing platforms such as Upwork and PeoplePerHour (see JobDesktop, its login form, and its dashboard UI featured in my portfolio). Recently, I worked with a Japanese client on Upwork regarding a very large web page layout. There was a lot of content that needed to be displayed and we both agreed that the deadline should be 2 days. I managed to write almost 300 lines of HTML code and more than 400 lines of CSS codes in less than one day, more specifically, around 11 hours of non-stop work time. I even recommended the client to add JavaScript animations to the web page, in which the client agreed and resulted in the website looking much more beautiful. The page is now fully responsive both mobile and desktop. The client was astonished on how I could complete the work very quickly, as I am well accustomed to working 80 hours/week. See my portfolio on a Japanese HTML/CSS Markup.
I have 2 LinkedIn Skill Badges in both CSS and HTML, which puts me at the top end of all web designers globally. In addition, I have my own JavaScript animation framework that enables me to develop animations with ease.
With my vast web design experience, I am fully confident that I can complete the project in 2 days, fully responsive to both mobile and desktop. Regarding the budget, I am very satisfied with a 30 USD budget, considering the living costs in Indonesia aren't all too high.
