Technical requirements : - Highly proficient in HTML5/CSS3. - Deep understanding in WordPress development (themes/plugins). - Well versed with theme/plugin customisations - Custom theme development (building from scratch) - Child theme creation - Experienced in PSD to WordPress conversion - 3-5 years of experience in PHP and JavaScript. - Experienced in building responsive, high performance web/landing/sales pages. - Strong knowledge in JavaScript Frameworks. - Decent graphic designer (should be able to design a website in photoshop if needed) - Mailchimp, aweber other email manager integrations Other Important Requirements - You need to understand branding, because the websites need to be consistent with the overall branding we create for the business
