Help with Chrome Extension - Must have experience in Twilio API and PHP

I have two Chrome Extensions in the Chrome Store that uses Twilio to make and receive phone calls. One is the main extension and the other is a White Label version of the extension. I have 2 issues that need to be corrected, my current development team is not dependable and I need to have a team that is quick and responsive to handle customer issues. Attached is the proposal detailing the Extension and Current Issues. Below is a brief of the extension stats. • Have about 30 users • Uses the customer Twilio account to make and receive calls and SMS • Has an Admin and Super Admin Panel (White Label Version) • Provides a 14 Day Free Trial • Issue: Some users receive an error message that the trial is already over when they download the extension for the first time. Applicants must have experience in Twilio API, APIs, PHP, Backend Panel and an understanding of accessing information using a Server.
