GPS Tracking Management (PHP Only)

I Have a Tramigo T22 device, see [login to view URL] for more information. i need a program for tracking the location for my car by using own program (run in localhost) and own map (not used google map). admin can manage: user, viechle, map, track, log. user can see: location of their car/assets, history of their trip, zoom, map. about connection between the device to computer: please see [login to view URL] docs about T22 device with NMEA protocol. i using GSM modem to receive SMS, and the device (T22) send the SMS periodic to the GSM modem, after that, the program must extract the text to the location of a map. about creating map ================== the map source from scan of booklet map (manual), then i pointing some of point in the digital map (images after scanning) n the tool can recognize all of the point in the images. so what i need? 1. main Program (tracking software) 2. recognize tool (for pointing the manual map) requirement? 1. the demo of course (do not bid if u not have any demo) 2. best prices 3. best time to finish this project please bid if u already build like this project.
