Pleases SEE attached document I need an expert programmer who is able to create Google Custom Markers as described in the attached document for Desktop Map and to work with Mobile Smartphone 1st create a simple TEST DEMO for review so the I know that You Can Do the project. Demo is to have the following: color map dot, photo, a line color frame, a tail from dot to picture. Payment Schedule: 1st Milestone - After Completion of work on your server. 50% milestone will be issued and funded once all items are completed. 2nd Milestone - Payment after you migrate into my server I pay remainder 50%.
