I am a webmaster at Warcraft account selling website. Currently users submit a form with information on their character, and we manually appraise their account. I am looking for a feature similar to this site: [login to view URL] It takes information about your character that you input into the system and outputs an appraisal value based on that information. I am looking for something similar. I must implement this because currently manually going through each is too time-consuming. I have limited ability in PHP so I don't know exactly how long a project like this would take, so please tell me how long this would take and how much it would cost. I am seeking someone who has knowledge in this area who can code this for me quickly. Knowlodge and experience playing World of Warcraft will be a definate bonus. Thank you.

I have played some time to world of warcraft. As far as the structure of calculation php and Javascript + Mysql there are no problems. However you will have to supply to me the necessary algorithm to the calculation of the score for the registration.
